Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Partial Payment Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment may be collected to confirm the order.

Please Note:

  • Partial advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

  • If the customer refuses delivery, fails to accept the parcel, provides an incorrect address, or the shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons, the advance payment will not be refunded.

  • The advance amount covers packaging, shipping, order processing, and operational costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in case of damaged or defective products.

Required for Return/Exchange:

  • Complete unboxing video (without cuts or edits).

  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item.

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges will be processed within 7 days of delivery.

After the exchange request is approved, the replacement product is generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.

Important Notes

  • All sarees are digitally printed sarees.

  • Sarees are available in Satin Silk and Linen Cotton fabrics.

  • Color variations may occur slightly due to mobile or screen settings.

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to personal preferences such as color, fabric feel, design choice, or change of mind.

  • Return/Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved damaged-product returns where replacement is unavailable.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally credited within 6–7 working days after verification.

  • Bank processing times may vary.

  • Partial advance payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
